Sarasota, FL, June 7, 2006 - Invisa Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: INSA - News) today announced the appointment of William Hildebrand as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings over 30 years of diversified experience to the Company, including the past nine years where he served as Chief Operating Officer and then President of Operator Specialty Company (OSCO), a manufacturer of gate and commercial door operators and Invisa OEM Partner.

Mr. Hildebrand gained a deep understanding of the potential and value drivers of Invisa's non-contact safety technology while at OSCO as he worked closely with Invisa through the technology development cycle and was instrumental in driving awareness and sales of Invisa's SmartGate® Parking Gate Safety solution through OSCO's dealers and customer base.

Mr. Hildebrand is recognized within the access control industry through his tenure at OSCO and as a result of having served in the Operator and Electronics division of DASMA, the Door and Access Systems Manufacturers Association, and served on the DASMA board of directors. Both Invisa and OSCO are active members of DASMA.

"I am excited with both the challenge and opportunity this position presents," said Hildebrand. "The challenge is to generate the market awareness our technology deserves and to get Invisa recognized as the 'industry standard' for proven, non-contact gate safety devices, and the opportunity is to leverage my reputation and experience to get the market traction and sales our solutions warrant."

"Bill is a results oriented leader with a strong background in the industry and extensive experience in sales and sales management," stated Carl Parks, Invisa's Chief Operating Officer. "He is a consummate professional, team builder, strategist and contract negotiator that brings a well-balanced business perspective to our company. Bill's initial aegis will include anchoring our sales and marketing initiatives going forward. We are confident that his industry knowledge and deep contact base will serve as invaluable assets as we continue to roll out our platform of presence sensing solutions to the marketplace."

In addition to his goals of driving the listing process and further industry penetration for Invisa, Mr. Hildebrand will also seek to maximize the potential of Invisa's recently announced partnership with Guardian Pool Fence Systems, Inc. to jointly develop an innovative, next generation swimming pool safety system. "Combining our patented InvisaShield™ electronic non-contact safety technology with Guardian's swimming pool fencing technology not only furthers our charter of applying technology to enhance safety in areas that desperately need it but also opens up an entirely new market for us. I feel there is a lot we can do with Guardian to reduce drowning as the leading cause of death of children ages 14 and under in nine states," concluded Mr. Hildebrand.

About Invisa
Invisa presence-sensing solutions serve the electronic life safety and security markets. Invisa's proprietary InvisaShield technology is based upon capacitive sensing and is resistant to known methods of circumvention without employing infrared, laser, ultrasound or microwave radiation. InvisaShield can detect intruders who violate a sensing zone ranging from millimeters up to 1 meter. Invisa's SmartGate safety system generates an invisible protective field that moves with and precedes the potentially hazardous leading edge of powered gates, garage doors, sliding doors and other powered closures. With an estimated 60,000 new parking control gates installed each year, and an installed base of over 1,000,000 gates worldwide, an enormous market currently exists for Invisa's SmartGate technology. In addition to parking gates, Invisa is currently developing a similar line of products based on its patented InvisaShield technology for the overhead, garage and industrial door markets and for the museum security market.
