Sarasota, FL, September 13, 2004 - Invisa, Inc. (OTC BB: INSA), an electronic life safety and security company that commercializes patented presence-sensing technologies, announced today that Magnetic Automation Corporation intends to offer the SmartGate III™ safety sensor as a pre-installed option for the Magnetic line of parking barrier gates sold in the North American market. Magnetic has issued a purchase order for approximately 1000 units, with initial deliveries to commence in October 2004, then increasing throughout calendar 2005. This is the largest order that Invisa has received since it was founded.

The SmartGate III safety sensor is based upon the InvisaShield™ 4th generation design. SmartGate III is the only non-contact sensor available that travels with, and precedes a closing gate arm, sensing conductive objects in its path before making contact. Magnetic has now completed more than three months of in-house testing and plans to offer the new sensor as a factory-installed option to dealers throughout North America.

Magnetic management stated that "the 4th generation SmartGate III sensor performs better than anything we have tested to date. We look forward to making this design available to all of our customers." Magnetic Automation is the largest manufacturer and OEM supplier of parking barrier gates in North America.
